MODA has always based our company’s beliefs on a team concept. This means, once you are a guest, you are a guest of our entire salon company. Please feel free to change stylists within our salon at any time and at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talents, pricing options and flexibility booking your appointments. We encourage you to get to know several members of our styling team so you can be assured to receive personalized services regardless of emergencies, vacations, illnesses or schedule changes.
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED RESERVATIONS
We appreciate a 72-hour notice for canceling your reservation so that we can ensure our stylists are able to accommodate another guest in place of your reserved appointment space. Day-Of Cancellations and no-showed appointments may result in required deposits for future reservations.
Your complete satisfaction is our Brand Pledge. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with all or part of the service you have received, please notify your stylist or our guest services team within 72 hours. We will be happy to accommodate the situation and work towards a seamless solution with you.
MODA is privileged to accommodate your entire family and friends for services. In consideration of our guests and stylists we ask you only have your children accompany you if they are receiving a service. We appreciate and thank you for understanding
To maintain our high level of sanitation we are unable to accommodate any pets at MODA other than service animals.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to Covid-19 MODA is not able to accept any product returns at this time.
We accept major credit cards, cash, and apple pay. We do not accept checks.
