Our MODA associate program is designed for recent graduates and cosmetologists re-entering the industry. During your time in the program you will learn how to provide a premium client experience and grow a significant guest count by working HANDS-ON with our talented educators. This one-to-one coaching and mentoring program will provide you with an incredible jumpstart to beginning an amazing career with MODA and Company. Our associates can earn up to $30K in their first year, and this is only the beginning of your unlimited growth and income potential. We support a Learn, Earn and Live Better mentality at our salon company.

MODA is a team-oriented salon company. We have a performance-based commission structure, guaranteed hourly pay and retail sales commission up to 20%. We offer a 401k, product discounts and complimentary hair services, as well as paid time off, monthly business coaching sessions and future stockholder options.
